Do you have hope? Do you believe and know things will get better? In any darkness there is always a light whether a star, a moon, or the rising sun bringing forth the sunrise. One of the beautiful truths is to know things can always get better. There is always light after darkness. See the rain and storms followed by the sunshine and rainbows. See the challenges of today leading to new fruits and blessings tomorrow. One of the best things we have and can do in all situations is to have hope. Keep the faith.May this song bring you peace and hope. God Bless, Keith

The song "Stand By Me" was originally the name of a gospel hymn written by the Philadelphia minister Charles Albert Tindley in 1905. His hymn became popular in churches throughout the American South and was recorded by various gospel acts in the 1950s. The song became famous when Ben E. King performed it and the song was later placed in the hit movie, "Stand By Me". The song has a message of love and standing by one another through any dark nights and how we're always ok when standing by our love whether family member or our love for God and his protection. Here is an acoustic performance duet style. Hope you like. Enjoy! Sometimes you see things happen in life that help show you "Be Not Afraid". Like a change in heart of someone or an amazing happening like new opportunity presenting itself out of no where that seems to good to be true. It's in these moments when life is stranger then ficition and blessings come your way unexpectedly that we're reminded "Be Not Afraid" and that God is really working in our life and can and will create miracles. With our faith, prayers, and right efforts put into motion we can have confidence and assurance that all will be well. We don't have to be afraid. Trust, believe, and move forward with confidence knowing God can and will bless us in due time. Amen! Hope you like the song. Enjoy! A feeling of pure joy that transcends all things and makes you feel like you're in another world. Have you every experience immense joy or elation from a special moment in your life? Like when you're with your loved ones having a great laugh or holding your baby for the first time or playing your favorite sport and scoring a goal? For me this "Heaven On Earth" moment happened during a simple moment with my High School friends on break from college. We all met up like old friends at a house party to catch up on life and sat around the piano and began to sing a song. With all the best friends around singing and smiling and enjoying the special moment the world faded away. Pure joy overcame. This song was inspired by this time and moment. I guess the key is to be open to these moments and look for opportunities to create them for yourself and others. Is there anything better then feeling heaven here on earth? The good news is this joy can come through simple things like a bunch of friends singing around a piano. Hope you like the song. God Bless you and all, Keith Sending you all a Happy Mother's day blessing and big thanks for all you do. For teaching us love, patience, and kindness. For being good Moms showing us the way to goodness with friends and family. For putting others first. For caring for your sons and daughters and grand children all the same. For making the world go around that much more beautifully for us all. Thank you for your motherhood, love, and care. You're the best and make the world a brighter, happier, and more joyful place to live. Happy Mother's day! A peaceful song for you with wisdom shared that you shared with us through your love in raising children! , Wishing you a wonderful Spring season. What a beautiful time of year as the sunlight beams longer and warmer and the birds chip more joyfully. Everything feels and smells anew. Today I'm sharing with you a piano piece I composed after attending mass at Santa Clara University. They would sing a version of this melody every Sunday evening and I felt the sound was so pretty and peaceful. Kyrie Eleison means "Lord, have mercy". This phrase is used in the Roman Catholic mass and many other Christian liturgies. The essence of the phrase is seeking mercy for our failings in relation to an all good loving powerful God who created us to be a light. One theme that emerges from this phrase "Kyrie, Eleison" is forgiveness. A perspective is to seek forgiveness when needed, but also to always be forgiving of others. I heard that the best relationships are those that constantly forgive each other. If we look back at our life and see all the things we did that we're not good, kind, loving, or positive we are reminded of how much we need to be forgiven hence need to forgive others per our need for forgiveness. Hope you like this song "Kyrie, Eleison" recorded and inspired by the music played at Church at the Santa Clara University campus. The pictures included in the video resemble this beautiful Church. Hope you can check it out sometime. Enjoy! Make me a good peaceful person for myself and others amidst the storms in life. This is a great perspective especially in times when people hurt you by the words or deeds and we are called to love anyways. One of the best quotes I heard relative to this "Make Me A Channel Of Your Peace" was from Mother Teresa. She said: People are often unreasonable, irrational, and self-centered. Forgive them anyway. If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives. Be kind anyway. If you are successful, you will win some unfaithful friends and some genuine enemies. Succeed anyway. If you are honest and sincere people may deceive you. Be honest and sincere anyway. What you spend years creating, others could destroy overnight. Create anyway. If you find serenity and happiness, some may be jealous. Be happy anyway. The good you do today, will often be forgotten. Do good anyway. Give the best you have, and it will never be enough. Give your best anyway. In the final analysis, it is between you and God. It was never between you and them anyway. I guess the point is to focus on being the best loving person and forgiving always and loving more despite anything going on around you. If you fuse this wonderful quote above with the the Serenity prayer, "God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference.", then we have a perfect recipe for good living that leads to more peace. Enjoy this song "Make Me A Channel Of Your Peace". Sending peace and love, Keith Sometimes you see things happen in life that help show you "Be Not Afraid". Love Keith P.S You can download and stream this song here: https://keithwasho.bandcamp.com/track/be-not-afraid There is a story in scripture about a boy named Samuel who was falling asleep at home by his father Eli. As Samuel drifted to sleep he heard the Lord call... Samuel answered, “Here I am.” And he ran to Eli and said, “Here I am; you called me.”But Eli said, “I did not call; go back and lie down.” So he went and lay down. Again the Lord called, “Samuel!” And Samuel got up and went to Eli and said, “Here I am; you called me.” “My son,” Eli said, “I did not call; go back and lie down.” A third time the Lord called, “Samuel!” And Samuel got up and went to Eli and said, “Here I am; you called me.” Then Eli realized that the Lord was calling the boy. 9So Eli told Samuel, “Go and lie down, and if he calls you, say, ‘Speak, Lord, for your servant is listening.’” So Samuel went and lay down in his place. The Lord came and stood there, calling as at the other times, “Samuel! Samuel!”Then Samuel said, “Speak, for your servant is listening.” There is more to the story, but the message is two fold. Are you open to hearing the Lord and if so, are you ready and willing to follow. The hard part in life is sometimes we need to go against the grain and do what is unpopular or not fully supported. It can be hard when we're called to swim upstream or do what we're called to do in spite of some opposition around us, but the beautiful thing is how God uses these harder moments to reveal his bigger plan, glory, and gifts. Some of God's most miraculous and amazing blessings came through people doing the hard things in which often seemed impossible. Today I encourage you to follow your heart and the voice within you to do what you believe is right, good, and just. To move forward with faith. Then pray and work your prayers to trust in time the wonders of God's glory will be revealed in the people and life around us. Amen. Hope this song "Here I Am Lord" blesses you. Enjoy! Love Keith We only have one life to live, one life to give! With life being short and moments with others so precious it's wise to live our lives the best way possible so we can leave this world a better place and leave people we cross paths with a better soul too. They say, " Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. " By living right and shining our light we create moments that take our breath away and do the same for others. What is better then that? The famous philosopher Plato said, "An unexamined life is not worth living" so by being mindful of our lives and living right, we give a gift to others, a gift to ourselves, and give back to our creator who made us with unique talents to share with others. Amen. Hope you like this song "Living Right. Enjoy! Keith |
